Background

Dvinci is a company that:

  • Aims to help companies sell solar to customers, and
  • Allow customers to keep track of their solar installation process.

Challenge

Dvinci did not have guidelines to help keep all of their teams aligned or consistent throughout the product.

 

Solution

Created guidelines to help establish baselines for the teams to follow. This helps other writers, designers, product managers, and developers be able to write content as consistently as possible.

How I helped

I led the efforts to:

  • Align all stakeholders from multiple teams
  • Identify the gaps and solutions
  • Socialize the guidelines
  • Launched new guidelines, a glossary, and CTA list.
